Welcome to Wild Mountain Books. We are located within, and part of, Wild Mountain Trading Co which is in the small, Blue Ridge Mountain town of Hendersonville, NC. We are in the beautiful Historic District across the street from the Historic Courthouse. We have a carefully curated selection of new books, exciting recent releases, as well as selected titles from ongoing series written by your favorite authors.
Browse mysteries & thrillers, adventure, drama, science fiction & fantasy, westerns, and romance. Additionally, we offer a wide selection of titles to help you with cooking and entertaining, including new releases from your favorite chefs. Our selection of nonfiction books are carefully chosen for you, with books on regional interest, history, architecture, design & style, home decorating, organizing, and beautiful books on our National Parks.
In association with our in-house music shop, Wild Acoustic Music Co, we have books on music and instruments - guitar, ukulele, piano, banjo, mandolin, violin, and dulcimer. You will also find books on music theory and popular songbooks.
You can find personal items such as journals and field books, planners, and bookmarks. Additionally, we carry art supplies such as artist brushes, art pencils, charcoal, and artist's chalk, along with sketchpads and travel kits.
Wild Mountain Trading Co is a fun place to discover some great rustic home decor, affordably priced gifts, and many other fun things that you won't want to miss.

You can visit our Historic Downtown Hendersonville store, we are right across the street from the Historic Courthouse. Our store hours are:
